替硝唑冲洗液对龈沟液中Ⅱ型胶原酶水平的影响

Evaluation of the COL-Ⅱ Level in the Gingival Crevicular Fluid while Using Tinidazole as Subgingival Irrigation

目的探讨龈下刮治同期使用药物冲洗对龈沟液中Ⅱ型胶原酶水平的影响。方法选取100例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为2组,每组50例。试验组行超声龈下刮治同期0.2%替硝唑冲洗,对照组行单纯超声龈下刮治纯净水冲洗。分别于治疗前及治疗后2周收集患牙的龈沟液并记录相关的临床指标。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法检测龈沟液中Ⅱ型胶原酶水平。结果 2组患者治疗后患牙牙周临床指标均有明显的改善,治疗后龈沟液中Ⅱ型胶原酶的水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且试验组较对照组下降幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声龈下刮治同期0.2%替硝唑冲洗较单纯超声龈下刮治使龈沟液中Ⅱ型胶原酶水平降低更显著。

Objective To determine if simultaneous subgingival irrigation with drug during ultrasonic scaling could affect the type Ⅱ collagenase level in the gingival crevicular fluid of teeth with periodontitis.Methods 100 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups.All teeth were treated by ultrasonic scalingusing 0.2% tinidazole （test group） and pure water （control group） as simultaneous subgingival irrigation respectively.Gingival crevicular fluid was sampled and periodontal indexes were recorded before treatment and two weeks after scaling.The type Ⅱ collagenase level in gingival crevicular fluid were detected using ELISA method.Results There are some evidences that periodontal indexes dropped down and the type Ⅱ collagenase level in gingival crevicular fluid also declined after ultrasonic scaling （P〈0.01） especially in test group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ultrasonic scaling using0.2% tinidazole as simultaneous subgingival irrigation was more effective in reducing the type Ⅱ Collagenase level in gingival crevicular fluid than using ultrasonic scaling only.
