成人患者牙科畏惧症的临床调查及相关因素分析

Study on Dental Fear and Relieving Measures Among Adults Patients

目的探讨引发患者焦虑情绪的相关因素,为临床焦虑控制和制定干预措施提供较好的参考依据。方法深圳市第五人民医院口腔科门诊就诊的358名18～75岁的初诊患者,应用口腔焦虑量表和自编牙科畏惧细评表、人口统计学一般项目表进行调查。结果 84.1%的被试者呈现无畏惧或轻度畏惧状态,6.1%呈现中度畏惧,9.8%呈现重度畏惧。引发患者焦虑的前3位因素分别是疼痛(57.5%)、洗牙时的吱吱声(45.0%)、牙钻的声音和震动(37.5%)。结论针对疼痛、洗牙和钻牙的声音等相关因素的临床干预能够有效缓解畏惧情绪。

Objective The aim of our project was to study the distribution and prevalence of dental fear among adult outpatients in Shenzhen,as well as the relieving measures to alleviate their anxiety.Methods The participants of this survey were selected from consecutive adult patients coming to Shenzhen 5th Hospital.A total of 358 adult patients were interviewed.They were asked to complete Corah’s Dental Anxiety Scale （CDAS）,self-made questionnaire on scenarios inspire anxiety.Results 84.1% of the participants suffer no or little anxiety,while 6.1% of the participants suffer moderate anxiety,9.8% of the participants experienced severe anxiety,Scenarios that made participants anxious included pain elicited during treatment （57.5%）,the sound and feeling of cleaning teeth （45.0%） and the ＂drilling＂ sound from the dentist’s instruments （37.5%）.Conclusion Dental fear in Shenzhen appears to be 15.9%.The anxiety-relieving measures on pain control et al can effective relieving dental anxiety.
