摘要
目的确定建设项目可能存在和产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度,对劳动者健康的影响,评价该项目职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制岗位与工序。方法采用类比法和检查表分析法进行综合分析评价。结果根据类比调查对象作业场所存在的职业性有害因素的现场测定和健康监护结果分析,结合公司一车间生产线实地考察的情况预测该项目建成投产后,其职业病危害的关键控制岗位是油漆、焊接、打磨、铆工、冷卷和气刨工序。结论该建设项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,只有将职业危害防护卫生工程设施落实到位,才能使该项目投入生产后将可能存在和产生的职业病危害因素的浓度(或强度)控制在国家规定的职业接触限值范围内。该拟建工程项目从职业卫生角度分析,职业病危害防护措施是基本可行。
Objective To analyze the potential occupational hazards and its degree in a construction project of pressure vessel production base,re-evaluate the protection measures,find out the job with occupational hazards and suggest the procedures to control the occupational hazards Methods The comprehensive analysis was conducted by analogizing and using checklists.Results According to the results of the field surveys of similar project and No.1 workshop of this project,the job with occupational hazards included painting,welding,grinding,riveting,cold roll and gas gouging.Conclusion This construction project was with great potential of occupational hazards.Only by the establishment of occupational projecting facilities,the degree of the potential occupational hazards could be limited in an accepted value set by national authority after the running of the production base.The protection measures of potential occupational hazards of this project was believed to be feasible after the pre-evaluation of occupational hygienics.
