摘要 对带Fluxtrol LRM导磁体和硅钢片的典型感应器用20 kHz感应加热设备进行了感应加热试验,测定了这两种导磁材料的聚磁性和导热性能。结果表明,对于中低频感应加热,Fluxtrol LRM导磁体具有更好的聚磁性和导热性能,可以代替硅钢片。此外,还介绍了导磁体的某些应用实例。 An experiment on induction heating was performed by typical inductors with Fluxtrol LRM magnetizer and silicon steel sheet in a 20 kHz induction heating unit, and the magnetoconcentrative ability and the thermal conductivity of the two magnetocoductive materials were also measured. The results indicate that so far as the low or medium frequency induction heating is concerned, the Fluxtrol LRM magnetizer is superior to the silicon steel sheet in magnetococentrative ability and thermal conduetivity and consequently may replace the latter. Moreover, certain applications of magnetizer were also introduced.
