摘要
铁路列车用制动梁架在疲劳试验过程中未能达到规定的疲劳寿命。为此,采用化学分析、力学性能检测、金相检验和热处理工艺试验等方法进行了分析。结果表明,制动梁架端部正火组织不良和疲劳试验时受到非正常外力的作用是导致其过早断裂的原因。
The brake beams for use with trains failed to achieve the required fatigue life during fatigue test, the cause of which was investigated by chemical analysis, mechanical property measuring, metallographic examination and heat treatment process test. The results show that the premature fatigue fracture of brake beam arises from the poor normalized microstructure at their end and a certain action of abnormal external force during the fatigue test.
