摘要
随着矿石自磨技术的广泛应用和迅速发展,为了充分发挥自磨技术的优越性,本文通过实例,分析矿石性质、磨矿方法、工艺流程、设备规格和技术管理水平等因素对矿石自磨技术的影响,建议当采用较新且经济的自磨技术工艺流程时,在探索、取样试验的基础上,设计具有最大灵活性而不受制约的工艺系统,并对系统进行了经济分析。
With wide application and rapid development of the ore self-grinding technology,in order to give full play of self-grinding technology,by the illustration,the article analyzes effect of ore property,grinding method,process flow,equipment specification and technology management level on ore self-grinding technology,based on the exploration and sampling test,proposes to design process system of maximal flexibility and without conditioning when adopt relatively new and economical self-grinding technology process flow,as well as makes economical analysis.
