Clinical Significance of the Changes of Serum IL-2,SOD and Plasma ET-1 Levels After Treatment in Patients with Coronary Heart Diseases

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)患者治疗前后血清IL-2、SOD和血浆ET-1水平的变化和意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析对65例CHD患者进行了血清IL-2、SOD和血浆ET-1检测(其中稳定型心绞痛30例,不稳定型心绞痛22例,急性心肌梗死13例,并以35名正常健康人作比较。结果:CHD患者在治疗前血清IL-2、SOD水平非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),而血浆ET-1水平又非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。经中西医结合治疗3个月后与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:血清IL-2、SOD和血浆ET-1水平的变化参与了CHD的发生与发展。 Objective To study the changes of serum IL-2,SOD and plasma ET-1 levels after treatment in patients with coronary heart diseases.Methods Serum IL-2,SOD and plasma ET-1 levels were detected with RIA in 65 patients with coronary heart diseases(30SAP,22UAP,13AMI)and 35 controls.Results Before treatment,serum IL-2,SOD levels in CHD patients were significantly lower than those in controls(P0.01),while the plasma ET-1 levels in CHD patients were significantly higher than those in controls(P0.01).After treatment for 3 months,those variables were about the same as in controls(P0.05).Conclusion The serum IL-2,SOD and plasma ET-1 levels were well correlated to the development of CHD.
