摘要
目的:探讨血清高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在冠心病(CHD)合并2型糖尿病(DM2)患者中的表达及临床意义。方法:入选20例CHD合并DM2患者(C组),30例CHD患者(B组)及30例正常对照组(A组),ELISA测HMGB1值。分析三组间HMGB1与hs-CRP及总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)之间的关系。结果:C组与B组患者的HMGB1、hs-CRP水平均显著高于A组,C组hs-CRP水平显著高于B组(P<0.05)。HMGB1水平与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.271,P<0.05)。结论:CHD与DM2均有慢性炎症反应参与,HMGB1升高可能与脂质代谢异常有关,HMGB1和CRP相互促进在动脉粥样硬化及糖尿病的发生、发展中起着重要作用。
Objective To study the clinical significance of changes of serum expressions of HMGB1 and hs-CRP in patients with CHD complicated with DM2.Methods Serum high mobility group box chromosomal protein 1(HMGB1,with ELISA)and hs-CRP,total cholesterol(TC),TG,HDL-C,LDL-C(with biochemistry)levels were determined in 20 patients with CHD complicated with DM2,30 patients with CHD not complicated with DM2 and 30 controls.Results The serum levels of HMGB1 and hs-CRP in the CHD patients were significantly higher than those in controls(P0.05),moreover,the hs-CRP levels in CHD patients complicated with DM2 were significantly higher than those in CHD patients not complicated with DM2(P0.05).As a whole,the HMGB1 levels were negatively correlated with the levels of HDL-C(r=-0.271,P0.05).Conclusion The increased expression of HMGB1 in these patients might be related to the derangement of lipid metabolism.HMGB1 could stimulate the secretion of hs-CRP and other imflammatory cytokines,enhancing the process of atherogenesis as well as development of diabetes.
