摘要 由于高、低背压凝汽器抽空气管路采用串联布置方式,导致高背压凝汽器抽空气排挤低背压抽气,致使低压凝汽器抽空气不能达到设计要求,造成真空值和高、低背压凝汽器背压差值偏低,降低了系统经济性。采取了相应措施,对双背压凝汽器抽气系统进行了改造,经济效益明显。 The air extraction tubes of high-pressure condenser and low-pressure condenser in a unit were arranged in series mode,and this caused the extracted air of high-pressure condenser to push aside the extracted air of low-pressure condenser.The air extraction of low-pressure condenser was not reached to the designed requirement;the vacuity of the low-pressure condenser was lower,and the difference between high-pressure condenser and low-pressure condenser was also lower.Then the system economical efficiency was decreased.The air extraction system of two-pressure condenser had been reformed by adopting some relevant measures,and obvious economical benefit was obtained.
