盐、旱及其交叉胁迫对紫荆幼苗净光合速率及其叶绿素含量的影响 被引量:21

摘要 本文以一年生紫荆(Cercis chinensis Bunge)实生苗为试验材料,对其分别进行干旱胁迫、盐分胁迫和盐旱交叉胁迫,测定胁迫下的光合指标。在对紫荆净光合速率的分析可知,低浓度的盐分胁迫、低强度的干旱胁迫以及低强度的交叉胁迫在短时间内都可以增强紫荆的光合能力,这也有助于紫荆增加对胁迫的抵抗能力;高胁迫强度、较长胁迫时间抑制了紫荆的光合作用。在胁迫下叶绿素含量大部分表现为下降趋势,表明胁迫促进了叶绿素的分解。而叶绿素a/b在短期胁迫下却是升高的,表明叶绿素a的分解速率要大于叶绿素b,从而导致叶绿素a/b在胁迫下反而升高。 The potted one-year-old seedlings of Cercis chinensis Bunge were tested to study their characteristics of response to salt,drought and salt-drought stress.The photosynthesis indexes of these seedlings.Low concentration of salt stress,low intensity of drought and low salt-drought cross stress can enhance net photosynthetic rate of Cercis chinensis Bunge in short time and this can improve the ability to endure stress;but high intensity of stress and longer stress time restrained the photosynthesis ability.The content of chlorophyll was decreased in most treatment and it indicated that stress accelerated decomposition of chlorophyll.But chlorophyll a/b was increased at the beginning and it indicated that the decomposition rate of chlorophyll a was faster than that of chlorophyll b.
