摘要
油气井防斜、纠斜问题是钻井过程中普遍存在但一直未能彻底解决的经典性难题之一。经过数年攻关,开发出具有自主知识产权的φ311mm主动式垂直钻井系统,并分别于2009年9月及11月相继在T82066井、T82065井进行了首次试验,获得成功。从φ311mm垂直钻井系统自身结构特点出发,结合现场实际,对现场试验方案、试验难点及对策、现场试验步骤进行了分析探讨,并对现场试验过程、试验效果进行了阐述、分析。试验证明,φ311mm垂直钻井系统在陡构造地层、大倾角地层、断层、地应力异常地层的钻探中,纠斜、防斜效果显著,快速钻进能力强,可进一步推广应用。
Packed hole and well straightening issues are common classical crux which could not be solved completely.The Karamy Drilling Technology Research Institute of the Western Drilling Engineering Company finally develops the φ311 mm active vertical drilling system with independent intellectual property rights after many years of research.The drilling system was separately tested at T82066 and T82065 well in September and November 2009,great success was obtained.From the characteristics of the structure of the system,combining with field practice,this paper analyzes and discusses the field test program,test difficulties and solutions as well as procedures.Test course and effect are illustrated and analyzed.Test proves that the φ311 mm vertical drilling system has remarkable packed hole and well straightening effect and fast drilling capacity during drilling in precipitous tectonic structure formations,formations with high inclination angle,faults,and formations with abnormal in-situ stress.Its application could be promoted further.
