油浆糠醛抽提-加氢裂化组合工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用外甩油浆的方法,能增加催化裂化装置的处理量,并且可以解决催化裂化原料日趋变重的问题,提高轻质油收率,但这样也增加了油浆的产量。目前,国内的催化油浆一般作为廉价的重质燃料油出厂。为了充分合理的利用油浆,用糠醛抽提的方法,可以有效地将油浆的可裂化组分与稠环芳烃分离。实验结果表明,油浆中可裂化组分可以作为催化裂化或加氢裂化原料;富含芳烃的馏分可以用于生产增塑剂、软化剂、等化工产品,具有良好的应用前景。 Using the method of swinging slurry oil,the disposing capacity of catalytic cracking unit was improved,and the problem was solved that catalytic cracking raw material was becoming heavier and heavier,and the recycled yield of light distillate oil,and the production of oil slurry also increased.At present,catalytic oil slurry was usually sold as cheap heavy fuel oil,in order to make full use of oil slurry.The cracking components and condensed aromatics effectively were separated by the method of furfural extraction.The experiment results showed that the cracking components in oil slurry can be used as catalytic cracking or hydro-cracking raw materials,and the cut fraction which Contains aromatics can be used to produce plasticizer,softener,and so on.So it had a good application prospect.
