摘要
目前,用乙二纯醇解废弃PET的技术主要采用可溶于溶剂的催化剂,这类催化剂的利用影响了产品的纯度,而且催化剂难于回收,无法实现工业的连续生产。本文研究采用固体氧化锌作为催化剂来醇解废弃PET材料,克服了以上问题。同时,还采用IR检测技术验证了产品的组成,并用端位羟基分析法测定了产品的相对分子质量,得出了产品的纯度区间。
PET brought a great convenience to people′s daily life,meanwhile,environmental pollution and waste of resources which caused by lots of disused PET material were concerned gradually.So,the processing technical of disused PET material caused a great attention.Glycolysis technology such as the degradation of methanol,ethylene glycol degradation,the polyols degradation,degradation of supercritical methanol,ethanol supercritical degradation and degradation of the microwave method was analyzed,which had a reference value to the further development of the PET glycolysis technology.
