摘要
研究了用硼酸-柠檬酸法测定苦荞粉中黄酮类化合物的含量,考察了该方法的稳定性,精密度及回收率情况,并将该方法与硝酸铝比色法进行了比较。结果表明:用硼酸-柠檬酸法测定苦荞粉中黄酮类化合物的含量时稳定性良好,精密高,标准偏差为0.36%,黄酮类化合物的回收率达98.6%,准确度高;相较于硝酸铝比色法操作更方便、简洁和实用,是测定苦荞粉中总黄酮含量的一种实用性较强的方法,利用该方法测得苦荞粉中黄酮类化合物的含量为1.37%。
The boric acid-citric acid method was used to determinate the content of bioflavonoid from F.tatarium.The results showed that this method had high stability,good precision(the RSD was 0.36%) and high accuracy(the recovery ratio was 98.60%).Comparing with the Al(NO3)3-NaNO2-NaOH method,this method had more convenient characteristics and better practicality to determinate the content of bioflavonoid from F.tatarium,with which the content of bioflavonoid from F.tatarium reached to 1.37%.
