摘要
针对油库的生产特点,从防静电、防中毒、防雷电等方面分析了油库发生安全事故的主观和客观因素,并针对这些因素从工艺、设备等方面阐述了防止油库发生安全事故的各种管理措施,强调了加强油库安全管理的重要性,对油库管理人员的技术水平和素质提出了一些要求。
Based on the production characteristics of the oil tankfarm,subjective and impersonal reasons of safety accident in some of the oil tankfarms were analyzed from static,poisoning and lightning,and management measures of preventing safety accidents from the technology and equipment were elaborated,the importance of strengthening the safety management were emphasized,and some requirements on technical level and competency to managers were put forward.
