花岗岩高温高压条件下冲击凿岩规律试验研究 被引量:10

摘要 利用中国矿业大学的"20MN伺服控制高温高压岩体三轴试验机"、大尺寸(200mm×400mm)花岗岩试样研究了花岗岩在高温高压状态下的冲击凿岩规律。研究结果表明,随着温度升高凿岩速度增大,当温度超过约150℃时,岩石裂隙数量增多,并且呈现出一定的塑性变形特征,不利于冲击能量的充分利用,冲击凿岩适用于钻进较低温度下(不超过150℃左右)的坚硬岩层;在高围压状态,冲击凿岩的单位破岩能耗随着温度升高而降低;在高温高压环境下,在一定钻压和冲击功率范围内,凿岩速度随着钻压或冲击功率的增大而增大,单位破岩能耗随着钻压的增大而减小。 Utilizing the 20 MN servo-controlled triaxial rock testing machine with high temperature and pressure developed,studied the law of impact grinding through experiments on a large-size (200 mm×400 mm) granite.The research results indicate that the speed of rock drilling can gradually increase with the temperature rising,under high-pressure conditions (100 MPa).When the temperature exceeds about 150 ℃,the increasing number of rock fractures,and exhibit a certain degree of plastic deformation,is not conducive to the full use of impact energy,impact drill suitable for drilling a lower temperature (not more than about 150 ℃) of hard rock.High-pressure conditions (100 MPa),along with rock temperature increment,the unit broken rock energy consumption reduces obviously.In the high temperature and high pressure environment,the speed of rock drilling increase with the WOB or impact power increases.Unit broken rock energy consumption reduces with the impact power increases.
