"惩罚"与整个社会关系、文化网络密切相联。传统社会中关于"鬼"的种种言说及仪式,在一定程度上承担着惩罚性的社会控制功能。今天的国家应当结合简单社会复杂化的现实,更好地顺应社会需求,配置社会控制资源。

＂Punishment＂ is contact closely with social relationships and cultural networks. Many folk hear says and ceremonies concerning ＂ghost＂ had been a part of punitive social control mechanism in traditional Yunnah ethnologic community in some degree.At present, the country should better combine the complicated reality that has been changed from simple society with social requirement to configure the social control resources.
