醉酒人的刑事责任涉及到法律评价与道德评价、规范评价与社会评价的对立与统一。古今中外存在着形形色色的关于醉酒人刑事责任的学说和立法模式,究竟何种理论更为可取、何种立法模式更为科学,辨伪存真的目的不是对我国立法力求修正,而是给出合理的解释。

There are many theory and the lawmaking mode about intoxicated person＇s criminal responsibility exist in now and pastime in our country and foreign ,what theories more commendable, what lawmaking mode more for science, the purpose of argue false save the true is not to try hard for the correction to the our country lawmaking, but give reasonable hermeneutic.
