摘要
目的建立筛选头孢菌素C高产菌株的有效方法。方法出发菌株Cephalosporium acrem onium NS-1,经过紫外线诱变处理,筛选头孢菌素C高产菌株;然后通过头孢菌素C梯度平板筛选终产物抗性突变菌株。结果得到比出发菌株头孢菌素C产量提高45%的突变菌株RM-8。结论紫外线诱变结合终产物抗性筛选的方法是一种高效的头孢菌素C高产菌株选育方法 。
Objective To set up an efficient method for the breeding of high cephalosporin C(CPC)-producing strain.Methods UV radiation was used in the mutagenesis of Cephalosporium acremonium NS-1 combined with the resistance screening of CPC.Results A high cephalosporin C-producing strain RM-8 was obtained.The CPC productivity was increased by 45% compared with its parent strain.Conclusions UV radiation combined with the resistance of end metabolite can be effective in the breeding of high cephalosporin C-producing strain.
