Analysis on the Situation,Law-Policy Environment and Positive Effect of the Land-Left-Behind for Resettlement Policy

留地安置是一种被实践证明,具有减少征地冲突和提高对被征地农民实质补偿水平等积极效果的征地补偿安置措施,近年来呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势。在对留地安置政策在全国范围内实施现状分析的基础上,对推行留地安置政策的现行法律政策环境和该政策的积极效果进行总结。

It is practically proved that land-left-behind policy is an effective resettlement method which can reduce the land-expropriated conflict and improve the level of substantial compensation for land-lost peasants.It is becoming more and more booming in recent years.Based on the present implementation of the nationwide policy,this paper summarizes the present law policy environment and the positive effect of implementing the land-left-behind policy.
