摘要
从地经渗透的含义出发,将地经渗透人才培养模式的形成与发展分成三个阶段:早期、成熟期和拓展期,分析了地经渗透人才培养模式存在着培养方案与用人单位之间缺乏对接、地经渗透公共选修课难以严格落实、实践教学环节的地经渗透薄弱、地经渗透师资队伍建设滞后等问题,提出要创新人才培养模式,实施全过程创新教育;继续加大地经渗透教师的培养力度;不断改善教学条件,加大教材建设力度;创新教学管理模式;严格执行培养方案,突出地经渗透特色等对策建议。
On the basis of the connotation of combining earth sciences with economics,this study divides the process of the formation and development of the cultivation mode of Shijiazhuang University of Economics into the early decade,maturity decade and development decade.Study indicates that there exist some problems in the cultivation mode,such as lacking docking between the training plan and the employers′ requirement,difficulty in carrying out the training plan of public elective courses,poor penetration of earth sciences and economics in practice teaching,and insufficient faculty construction.So to realize the characteristics of the cultivation mode,the University should make innovations in talent training mode and teaching administrative mode,enhance the construction of faculty and textbooks,and perfect and strictly implement the teaching plan.
