文化安全:传统武术传承人保护的新视阈

Cultural security: new view on protection of traditional Wushu seccessors

经济全球化带来的"文化霸权",正不断对民族文化进行侵蚀性的扩张,文化的争夺、流失乃至消亡已成为人类无法回避的现实,文化安全由此而成为人们关注的课题。作为民族传统体育文化的代表和实践者,传统武术传承人是我们维护民族传统体育文化安全必须予以关注的重要内容。作为系统掌握某一拳种的技术和理论并引导该拳种发展的代表人物,传统武术传承人大多处于"自生自灭"状态,拳种的挖掘整理工作处于"沉睡"状态,拳种的传承方式处于"自然自觉"状态,个别拳种处于"政府扶植"状态。基于此现状,在文化安全视阈下探讨了传统武术传承人的保护机制,进而对其进行了法学层面的分析。

Cultural security has become a chief concern of many people because of cultural contention,losses,or even worse,extinction due to cultural expansion and hegemony in the process of economic globalization.As the representatives and practitioners of traditional sports culture,traditionat Wushseccessors have a systematic mastery of the skills and theory of a particular Wushu species and are capable of guiding its development.They should be under protection.However,the present situation is that most Wushu successors are managing on their own efforts.The exploration and research of Wushu species have not started.The way of Wushu popularity is still spontaneous and only a few of Wushu styles are government-supported.Therefore,the paper discusses the protective system of traditional Wushu successors in the light of cultural security and legal perspective.
