"新生代"已成为农民工群体的中坚力量,虽然文化素质和权利意识与父辈相比有了很大提高和增强,但体育权益的缺失依然使他们成为全民健身的"边缘人群"。追根溯源,从制度重组、组织建设、观念影响、社会认同等方面提出新生代农民工体育权益保障方略。

The new generation migrant workers are the backup of the working force.Although their cultural qualities and awareness of their rights have been greatly improved than those of the last generation,their lackage of sports right make them marginalized groups in sports for all.The safeguard measures of the new generation migrant workers＇ sports right should be strengthened in term of system reorganization,organization construction,ideology and social identity ect.
