摘要
本文介绍了广纸3号脱墨浆生产线部分除渣筛选系统的优化实践。通过对高浓除渣器、低浓除渣器、重质除渣器、复合筛和缝筛的调整和优化,使脱墨浆产量提高9%,成浆得率增加7%,胶黏物含量下降63%,取得了较好的效果。
The optimization practice of the cleaning and screening system for the No. 3 deinked pulp production line at Guangzhou Paper Group Ltd was introduced in this paper. Through the adjustment and optimization of high consistency cleaner, low consistency cleaner, heavy matter cleaner, combi-screen and slot screen,better results were got with a 9% increase of deinked pulp production, a 7% gain of pulp yield and a 63% reduction of stiekies content.
