介绍压实类钢丝绳,包括压实股钢丝绳、压实钢丝绳、双压实钢丝绳和填塑压实钢丝绳的生产应用。指出压实钢丝绳的生产使用注意事项,研究锻打法和整体模拉拔法生产钢丝绳的区别。试验证实:当锻打钢丝绳的锻打压缩总量不小于15%时,钢丝绳拆股试验时钢丝弯曲值不合格数量将超过25%。阐述压实钢丝绳对绳芯的要求,对压实钢丝绳进行拆股试验和表面硬度测定,给出测量结果。介绍四股压实钢丝绳、6K×7+FC、5K×7+FC、3K×19S+FC、6K×26SW+IWRC等结构压实类钢丝绳的成功应用,并指出压实钢丝绳可能应用的新领域。

To introduce the production and application of compacted type wire rope including compacted strand wire rope, compacted wire rope, double compacted wire rope and plastic filling compacted wire rope. Attention points of production and application of compacted wire rope are pointed. The differences of wire rope produced by swaged and whole die drawing method are researched. It is corffirmed by test that the steel wires quantity with disqualification bending value will exceed 25% in wire rope dismantling strand test when total swaged reduction is no less than 15%. The demands of compacted wire rope for rope core are expounded. The dismantling strands test and surface hardness measure are carried out and the measure results are given. The successful uses of the four strands compacted wire rope,6K×7 ＋ FC, 5K ×7 ＋ FC, 3K × 19S ＋ FC, 6K × 26SW ＋ IWRC and so on structure compacted wire ropes are introduced, and the capable new realms to use compacted wire rope are pointed out.
