摘要
水基镀黄铜钢丝拉拔润滑剂中起润滑作用的主要成分是含磷极压剂和合成脂肪酸酯油性剂。试验采用重量法测总磷与无机磷含量,从而得到有机磷含量;酯类油性剂不溶于水,必须用乳化剂将其乳化,分析其含量必须先破乳、分离,分离后分析其皂化值及酸值,即可得到酯含量。该分析方法实际操作性强,可快速有效地检测润滑剂中主要成分的含量,适用于润滑剂有效成分的分析和过程监控。
Phosphorus extreme-pressure agent and synthesized fatty acid ester oiliness additive are the main ingredients that take lubrication role in water-based coating brass wire drawing lubricant. Weight method was adopted in experiment to measure total phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus, the content of organophosphorus can be obtained. Esters oiliness addi- tive is insoluble in water, emulsifier should be adopted to make it emulsification. Demulsification and separation should be done to analyze its content, its saponification and acid value were analyzed after separation, then the ester content can be obtained. The analysis method is high operable. The content of main ingredient in lubricant can be tested quickly and effectively. The method is applicable to the analysis and process monitoring of lubricant active ingredient.
