钢丝绳密闭悬挂储存装置的研制

摘要 钢丝绳常用储存方法有仓库摆放法、露天堆放法和露天悬挂法。分析3种方法的优缺点,结合吊装用钢丝绳储存方法的实际情况,设计出既保留悬挂式储存方法的优点,又避免露天环境影响钢丝绳使用寿命的钢丝绳密闭悬挂储存装置。该装置由内部固定结构、外部旋转结构及驱动系统3部分组成。阐述驱动系统及其工作原理。该装置能将钢丝绳悬挂在密闭的空间内,悬挂和取用钢丝绳都非常方便。 The usual storage methods of wire rope are warehouse laying, outdoors laying and outdoors hanging. The advantages and disadvantages of three ways are analyzed. Combining actual situation of wire rope for hoisting storage methods, wire rope closed hanging storage device is designed. The device retains the advantages of hanging storage method and avoids outdoors surrounding affecting wire rope service life. The device is made up of three parts such as internal fixed structure, external rotating structure and driving system. The driving system and its working principle are illustrated. The device can hang wire rope in closed space, make the hanging and taking wire rope conveniently.
