摘要
介绍中间冷却器在双级压缩制冷系统中的作用,并以氨制冷循环系统为例,计算说明合适的注液量不仅可使低压级的排气冷却到中间压力下的干饱和蒸汽,而且使节流前的氨液具有一定的过冷度,使制冷压缩机的功耗最小,制冷系数最高,并以实例进行计算说明。
This paper introduced the function of intercooler in the two-stage compression refrigeration system. Taking ammonia refrigeration circulation system as example, it showed that appropriate refrigerant charging amount not only cooled the discharge gas of low-pressure stage down to dry saturated steam with middle pressure, but also made the ammonia liquid before throttling with certain sub-cooling degree, and minimize the power consumption of compressor, maximize the refrigeration coefficient, with the calculation of practical example.
