吕梁市6-11岁儿童行为问题现况调查分析

A cross-section study on behavior problems of children aged 6-11 years in Lliang city

目的了解吕梁市6-11岁儿童行为问题的流行病学情况,探讨吕梁市儿童行为问题发生的影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法使用一般情况调查表、Achenbach儿童行为量表(父母问卷)对吕梁市4所小学6-11岁儿童进行儿童行为问题检出率调查。结果该地区儿童行为问题检出率为11.9%,男生行为问题检出率为13.9%,女生行为问题检出率为9.8%,男生和女生行为问题检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示影响学龄期儿童行为问题的因素有性别、家庭共有孩子数、寄养、父母教育态度一致性、学习问题。结论家庭因素是儿童行为问题的主要影响因素。

Objective To investigate the behavior problems of children aged 6-11 years in Lliang city and its influential factors. Methods The general questionnaire and Achenbach child behavior checklist （parent questionnaire）were used to investigate the beha-vior problems of children aged 6-11 years in 4 primary schools in Lliang city. Results The detection rate of behavior problems of the 6-11-year-old children was 11.9% ,13.9% for boys and 9.8% for girls.There was significant difference in behavior problems between boys and girls（P0.05）.The multi-factor analysis showed that gender,total child number of a family,foster care,parent education attitude consistency and learning problems were the influential factors of behavior problems. Conclusion Family factors are the main influential factor for child behavior problems.
