摘要
为了提示转Bt基因棉对后茬和与其间混套作物幼苗的影响,以常规棉和绿豆为受体作物,采用培养皿、水培培养的方法,研究了转Bt基因棉根系水浸液和根系分泌物的化感效应。结果表明,在所测试浓度范围内转Bt基因棉根系水浸液不会影响常规棉幼苗生长。在0.1 g.mL-1浓度下,对绿豆幼苗生长有抑制作用,表现降低苗鲜重,抑制根长,降低根鲜重。与转Bt基因棉共培养30 d的常规棉和绿豆地上部生长没有受到转Bt基因棉根系分泌物的影响,但常规棉地下部根长显著增长,根系活力显著提高,根系SOD、POD活性以及MDA含量未发生改变;绿豆根长和根鲜重显著降低,根系活力显著降低,根系SOD和POD活力显著提高,但MDA含量的显著增加表明绿豆根系细胞膜受到了伤害。
The allelopathy of transgenic Bt cotton root aqueous extracts and exudates on general cotton and mung bean was studied by dish bioassay and liquid co-culture system.The results showed that root aqueous extracts of transgenic Bt cotton had no effect on the seedling growth of general cotton within the range of concentration used.Under 0.1 g·mL-1 concentration,it decreased significantly aboveground fresh mass,root length and root fresh mass of mung bean.In the liquid co-culture system,after 30 d,transgenic Bt cotton root exudates had no affect on aboveground growth of receiver crops.Its promoted obviously general cotton root length,root activity,and had no influence on root SOD,POD activity and MDA content,however,it restrained significantly mung bean root length,root fresh mass and root activity meanwhile enhancing root SOD,POD activity and MDA content which indicated that mung bean root cell membrane was damaged.
