迷向处理对梨小食心虫的防治效果

Control Effect of Mating Disruption With Synthetic Sex Pheromone on Oriental Fruit Moth,Grapholitha molesta Busck

为明确迷向处理对梨小食心虫的防治效果,为生产中的合理使用提供理论依据,选用澳大利亚BioGlobal公司产梨小食心虫迷向丝和中国科学院动物所产梨小食心虫迷向诱芯在陕西省梅县桃园进行了迷向防治试验。结果表明,迷向丝和迷向诱芯对梨小食心虫均有明显的迷向和防治效果。迷向处理96 d后,各处理的迷向率都在90%以上,防效均在64%以上,且迷向丝和迷向诱芯不同处理间迷向和防效均无显著差异。据此建议生产上使用255条.hm-2迷向丝或450只.hm-2迷向诱芯更为经济。

In order to clarify the control effect of mating disruption with synthetic sex pheromone on oriental fruit moth,Grapholitha molesta Busck,an experiment of mating disruption was carried out to control Grapholitha molesta Busck by using two types of synthetic sex pheromone（Australia sex pheromone lure and Chinese sex pheromone lure） in peach orchard in Mei county,Shaanxi from May to August in 2009.Results indicated that all treatments tested had good control effects on Grapholitha molesta Busck in this experiment.The rates of mating disruption were all over 90% and the control effects were all over 64% on 96 days after treatment.So,it is suggested to use 255 Australia sex pheromone lure or 455 Chinese sex pheromone lure per hectare in production.
