摘要
以丰辉、香玲、鲁光和元林4个核桃品种为试材,研究不同干旱胁迫处理对其脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的影响。结果表明:随干旱胁迫程度加剧,脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐增大;可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性和POD活性先增大后减小,在中度干旱胁迫下达到最大值,与各自对照差异显著(P<0.05)。丰辉和香玲2品种的可溶性糖含量先增大后减小,在中度干旱胁迫时出现最大值,元林和鲁光的可溶性糖含量随干旱胁迫程度加剧逐渐增大。
Taking four Juglant regia cultivars,i.e.,'Fenghui','Xiangling','Yuanlin' and 'Luguang' as testing materials,the experiment was conducted to study the influence of drought stress on the content change of proline,soluble suger,soluble protein,MDA,as well as the activities of SOD and POD enzymes.The results showed that the contents of proline and MDA of the four cultivars increased with the strengthening of drought stress.The contents of soluble protein and the activities of SOD and POD enzymes increased at the beginning,reaching the maximum values under moderate drought stress,and then declined.There were significant differences(P0.05) in the values of these indices between each cultivar and its individual check.The soluble sugar content of 'Xiangling' and 'Fenghui' increased first and then declined,it also reached the maximum value under moderate drought stress.While the soluble sugar content of 'Luguang' and 'Yuanlin' continuously increased along with the extension of drought stress.
