发酵人尿吸引黄脊竹蝗取食及其挥发性成分比较 被引量:5

摘要 黄脊竹蝗对发酵人尿有较强的趋向性,不同方式发酵的人尿吸引其取食的能力不同。单位时间取食面积差异分析结果表明,广口发酵人尿与小口、密封发酵吸引黄脊竹蝗取食的作用差异极显著;黄脊竹蝗选择取食经广口发酵人尿处理滤纸的面积显著大于小口和密封处理,后两者间无显著差异。采用顶空固相微萃取法收集不同方式发酵人尿中的挥发性组分,应用气质联用仪对主要差异性物质进行初步鉴定,结果表明,吲哚、二丁基羟基甲苯、正丁醇、戊酸及硫醚等物质因不同发酵方式相对含量差异显著,是否因这些物质在人尿挥发物中相对含量的变化而导致发酵人尿引诱黄脊竹蝗取食作用不同,还需进一步研究。 The adults of Ceracris kiangsu are well attracted by fermented human urine and the attractive activity for the feeding of C.kiangsu was affected by the way for urine fermentation.The analysis on feeding area per hour by C.kiangsu on the treated filter showed that there was extremely significant difference in the attractive capacity among the ways for human urine fermentation.The feeding area by C.kiangsu on the filter treated with the urine fermented in a jar was significantly larger than those treated with urine fermented in small-mouth bottle and sealed bottle,whereas there was no difference between the later two.The volatile components emitted from the fermented human urine with different ways were collected with HS-SPEM coupled with GC-MS,and then the differences of the chromatographic profiles of the volatiles were preliminarily identified.The results demonstrated that the relative quantity of the components such as indole,butylated hydroxytoluene,1-butanol,propanoic acid and disulfide emitted from urines fermented with different ways varied significantly.Further works are needed to analyze the functions and variation in relative quantity of those volatile chemicals to attract the feeding of C.kiangsu adults.
