医学院高校教师心理健康状况的调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解医学院高校教师心理健康状况。方法采取现况调查,整群抽样方法 ,医学院高校组251名教师,普通高校组295名教师,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查心理健康状况,作组间比较;并对医学院高校教师分男女进行比较。结果医学院高校教师组在躯体化、焦虑得分上显著高于普通高校教师组(P<0.01),总分未见显著差异;医学院高校男教师在强迫、偏执、敌对、精神病性因子上的得分高于女教师,其中强迫因子得分具有显著差异(P<0.01);医学院高校女教师在恐怖、躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑因子上的得分高于医学院男教师,其中躯体化、恐怖因子得分有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论医学院高校教师心理健康状况与普通高校教师总体上无显著差异,但躯体化、焦虑因子得分显著高于普通高校教师;新形势下医学院高校教师心理健康状况有待于提高,尤其应该多关注医学院高校女教师的心理健康状况。 Objective To investigation on the mental health status of teachers in medical college.Methods It was a cross-section study.Teachers were selected by cluster sampling.The group of medical college teacher has 251 teachers and the group of common college teacher has 295 teachers.The mental health status of these two group teachers was investigated with symptom self-evaluation scales(SCL-90).This study compared the differences between these two groups.The mental health status differences of the male teachers and the female teachers of medical college were also compared.Results The scores of somatization and anxiety factors of medical college teachers is significantly different from those of the common college teachers(P0.01).The total scores of these two groups were not significantly different.The male medical college teachers got higher scores on obsessive compulsive,paranoid,hostility,mental factors than those of the female medical college teachers.The scores of obsessive compulsive factors between male and female medical college teachers were significantly different(P0.01).The female medical college teachers got higher scores on photic anxiety,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety than those of the male medical college teachers.The scores of somatization and photic anxiety factors between male and female medical college teachers were significantly different(P0.01).Conclusion The general mental health status of the medical college teachers are not different from that of the common college teachers.But medical college teachers got significantly higher scores on somatization and anxiety factors than those of the common college teachers.Nowadays,the mental health status of medical college teachers and female college teachers need to be improved.Much more attention should be paid to mental health status of female medical college teachers,especially.
