复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病52例的疗效观察

目的观察口服复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法治疗组在冠心病的常规治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸口服,对照组常规扩血管,改善冠状动脉血液供给,营养心肌,减少心肌耗氧量对症等治疗。观察两组治疗前后的临床症状,体征,心功能,血脂,心肌酶谱,心电图等。结果治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较症状,体征,心功能,血脂,心肌酶谱,心电图改善比较明显。结论复方丹参滴丸具有一定活血化淤,改善心肌缺血,提高心肌缺氧能力,调节血脂的作用。

Objective To observe the oral CSDP the clinical efficacy of treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods Of treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy of coronary heart disease was added CSDP oral,the control group of conventional vasodilators,improve coronary blood supply,nutrition,heart,reducing myocardial oxygen consumption and other symptomatic treatment.Were observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,signs,heart function,blood lipids,myocardial enzymes,and electrocardiogram.Results After treatment,compared with those before treatment symptoms,signs,heart function,blood lipids,myocardial enzymes,electrocardiogram more obvious improvements.Conclusion CSDP has a certain blood circulation Huayu,improve myocardial ischemia,ability to improve myocardial ischemia,the role of regulating lipids.
