摘要
目的探讨美施康定治疗癌痛的临床疗效。方法根据个体化给药原则给予口服美施康定,起始用量30mg,1次/12h,根据疼痛缓解程度调整用药剂量。以15d为1个疗程,观察疼痛缓解和不良反应发生情况。结果美施康定共镇痛有效88例,总有效率为89.8%;对不同分级、类型疼痛均有良好疗效。结论美施康定治疗癌痛疗效肯定,安全可靠,给药方便,是一种安全有效的止痛方法 ,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment cancer pain with morphine sulphate.Methods According to the principles of individual treated with oral administration of morphine sulphate,starting dose of 30mg,1 time/12h,adjust the dosage according to pain relief.Observe pain relief and side effects after a course.Results The total effective rate was 89.8%,different grades and types of pain have a good effect.Conclusion Treatment of cancer pain with morphine sulphate is effective,safe,reliable and convenient administration,worthy of further application.
