生物化学实验教学现状的调查和浅析

Investigation and preliminary analysis of experiment teaching in biochemistry

生物化学是医学生必修的基础课程,实验教学是生化教学不可缺少的环节。随机抽取120名福建医科大学2008级五年制本科生,就目前生物化学实验教学现状进行了问卷调查分析,发现目前实验课整体教学效果较为令人满意,但在培养学生解决问题的能力和创新性思维方面仍存在一定的不足。基于问卷调查的结果和实际情况,对生物化学实验教学可能存在的问题进行总结并就如何改良进行探讨。

Biochemical experiment teaching is an indispensable part of biochemistry which is a compulsory and foundation courses of medical students.It was investigated on biochemical experiment teaching related issues on 120 undergraduate students.It was suggested that teaching effect of recent experiment teaching was basically appropriate.But there was still some deficiency in cultivating problem-solving capability and innovation thinking.Some possible existed problems and improved methods were discussed in the article based on the investigation results and the actual situation of Fujian Medical College.
