注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的额叶反应抑制功能研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的使用近红外光学成像(fNIRS)技术研究注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的额叶反应抑制功能。方法采用GO-NOGO任务对19例ADHD儿童和14名健康对照进行测试,用CW5的fNIRS系统进行同步扫描。结果对照组在NOGO任务刺激时前额叶氧合血红蛋白浓度增加强于ADHD组(F=2.11,P<0.01);而在GO任务刺激时两组间前额叶氧合血红蛋白值变化无明显的差异(F=0.82,P=0.73)。结论 ADHD患儿的反应抑制功能不足,并且与额叶功能低下有关。 Objective:To investigate response inhibition function of the frontal lobe in attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) children by measuring signal with near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS).Methods:Nineteen patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria for ADHD and 14 healthy controls were tested with GO-NOGO task.Functional data were acquired using CW5 fNIRS system.Results:Control group had a higher magnitude of oxygenation in prefrontal lobe in NOGO task (F=2.11,P0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in oxyhemoglobin concentration changes in the GO task(F=0.82,P=0.73).Conclusion:The present results suggest that children with ADHD lack response inhibition,which related to the inferior frontal lobe dysfunction.
