The positive grid corrosion and deformation of lead-acid battery are an important sign of aging.The corrosion and deformation characteristics of positive grids of lead-acid battery were described in this paper.The mechanism and causes to the corrosion and deformation were analyzed.And the methods to eliminate the corrosion and deformation of positive grids of lead-acid battery were introduced.It also pointed out the preventing measures and remedial actions.
