New Method of Pneumatic Measurement for Sphere Diameter and Sphericity-errors

摘要 介绍了自主研制的微型气针传感器和测量装置;基于气动测量原理,采用误差分离和修正技术,对高精度球面的球形构件的球径和球度误差进行了在线、动态测量。 The self-developed micro-gas needle sensors and measuring devices are introduced.The new measurement method is based on the principle of pneumatic measurement.Using error separation and correction techniques,the high accuracy,on-line and dynamic measurements for the sphere diameter and sphericity-errors of spherical components with high-precision surface are made.
