选举民主与协商民主相结合,是中国社会主义民主的一大特点和优点。毛泽东是中国特色协商民主的开创者。邓小平是中国特色协商民主的重要推进者。他们分别在政治思想、制度安排以及运作机制等方面促进了中国特色协商民主从无到有、从不成熟到趋于成熟的发展。
The combination of the electoral democracy and deliberative democracy is one of major characteristics and advantages of China＇s democracy.Mao Zedong was a pioneer of deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics.Deng Xiaoping has an important role in promoting deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics.They have motivated the development of deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics in the political ideology,institutional arrangements and operational mechanisms.
