积极心理学在积极教育中的应用——英国学校“庆祝优秀品质”项目 被引量:4

摘要 "庆祝优秀品质"项目是建立在积极心理学理论的基础上,通过传统故事和节日庆典活动,引导儿童和青少年在听故事和庆祝活动中发现自身优秀品质,同时也发现他人优秀品质。"庆祝优秀品质"项目已经在英国的部分学校和澳大利亚墨尔本的一些学校实验了五年多,取得了较好的效果,改善了教师的幸福感和信心,使得教师更加享受其工作;改善了学生的信心、行为和实现目标的能力。
