摘要
客滚船是当今世界造船行业中的高技术船型,它将滚装船和客船的功能结合为一体,兼具客船和货船的特点。选择某大型客滚船为分析对象,对其进行疲劳强度分析。该船按英国劳氏船级社客船规范设计,没有明确的客滚船疲劳校核规范可遵循。为此根据船舶疲劳损伤原理,在分析几个船级社的疲劳规范的基础上,探索了一种基于英国劳氏船级社ShipRight FDA水平3的疲劳外载荷的简化疲劳校核方法。在全船有限元分析的基础上,对关键高应力区进行局部细化分析获得热点应力,并按照建议的疲劳损伤计算公式和程序对疲劳热点进行疲劳强度分析和评估,还指出了提高疲劳分析可靠性应注意的几个方面。
Nowadays,Ro/Ro passenger ships are among the high-tech ships in the shipbuilding industry around the world,and they have both the characteristics of Ro/Ro ships and passenger ships.The Ro/Ro passenger ship studied in this paper is designed according to LR's rules for passenger ships.However,there are few specific details for the fatigue strength assessment of Ro/Ro passenger ships from LR's rules.In this paper,a procedure for fatigue strength assessment of a large Ro/Ro passenger ship’s structural details is introduced.The procedure is based on LR ShipRight FDA level 3 and the rules of other main classification societies.The hot spot stresses are obtained directly with local hull FEA based on the FEA results of global hull of the ship,and the cumulative fatigue damage are calculated and assessed according to the formula introduced in this paper.To get satisfied results,attentions should be paid to the selection of parameters in this fatigue assessment procedure.
