摘要
对中国船舶工业高层次人才开发的内涵进行了界定,从高层次人才开发投资、管理、产出三个过程构建了三层次递阶结构的指标体系,建立了基于人工神经网络的中国船舶工业高层次人才开发效果的评价模型并进行实证分析。
The connotation of CSI’s high level talent development is defined in this paper.According to the process of investment,management and output,a three-level hierarchical structure of the index system is established for high level talent development.Based on artificial neural networks,an evaluation model of the effectiveness of CSI’s high level talent development is built and empirical analysis is carried on.
