摘要
4250TEU集装箱船采用两根钢珠滑道纵向下水,这是一种创新的下水方式。因箱位多、下水重量大和艏艉线形瘦削,采用此种工艺下水会带来风险。对于这种下水方式,通过弹性支座下水横梁压力的实船测试,测得准确的受力状态、滑道反力分布和时间规律。测试结果与理论计算非常吻合。这项测量是对经典下水理论的验证和补充,为大型、大吨位船舶的安全和如期下水提供了成功实例和借鉴。
Double steel ball sliding launching method used for a 4250 TEU container carrier is innovative at home and abroad.Because the vessel is heavily loaded with container boxes,and is of thin line bow stern shape,such a launching method may bring more risks.Based on elastic support in the actual launching test,it is able to measure force status,pressure distribution on sideways and temporal patterns.The measurement results are very close to the prior calculation.The measurement meets up the shortfall of classical launching theory,and provides an important reference for the launching of large size and high tonnage ships.
