摘要
研究农民工回乡创业制度理论,特别是通过对外出务工农民回乡创业正式制度环境的分析,分别从政策经济、政府职能、融资环境和法制环境四个方面对其进行研究,就能为构建外出务工农民回乡创业的制度环境提供必要的理论指导。
In order to study the theory of migrant workers return home business institution,the formal institutional environment of the peasant migrant workers returning to hometown for entrepreneurial is analyzed from policy economic,government functions,financing environment and legal environment.It will provide theoretical guidance for constructing the institutional environment.
