摘要
目的:调查军校学员对同学关系的自我评价情况,讨论其影响因素。方法:使用大学生学习动机简易评定量表和自制量表,调查某军校所有在校学员与周围同学的关系。结果:不同专业、类别、年级、学习动机以及当没当过班干部的学员与周围同学的关系不同。结论:从军校学员的自我评价情况来看,其总体与周围同学的关系较好,军校可通过创造宽松的校园环境、加强德育教育和养成教育来改善军校学员与周围同学的关系。
Objective: To research into the self-appraisal of classmates relationships of military university undergraduates and discuss the influencing factors.Methods: With Simple Working Motivation Inventory and the homemade questionnaire,the classmates' relationships of all the Military University undergraduates were researched.Results: The undergraduates of different specialties,different sorts,different grades,different learning motives and different experiences in being undergraduate cadres have different classmates' relationships.Conclusion: According to the self-appraisal circumstances,the classmates' relationships o the Military University undergraduates are good and can be improved by creating loose campus environment and consolidating moral and nurturance education.
