医学生亚健康现状调查及其对策研究

Survey on sub-health state of medical college students and its related strategies

亚健康是现代人常见的一种状态。研究随机抽取温州医学院医学、非医学生各200名进行问卷调查,在352名有效被试中,亚健康17人,占总数的4.83%,即医学生的亚健康状况发生率相对较低,男女生在亚健康状态上不存在显著差异,医学生和非医学生在亚健康状态上存在显著的差异,不同年级的学生亚健康状态也存在显著差异。

Sub-health state is very common in modern life.This study randomly surveyed 400 students（220 women and 180 men） in Wenzhou Medical College,half of whom are from non-medical major,and the other are from medical major.The results show that there are 17 students in sub-health state in 352 participants,which means the incidence rate is relatively low among subjects;male and female have no significant difference in sub-health state.However,there is significant difference between medical students and non-medical students in the sub-healthy state,and significant differences exist among different grade students in their levels of sub-health.
