Effective factor analysis of medical graduates' employment at grassroots level and its countermeasure study

引导和鼓励医学毕业生基层就业对推进我国卫生事业改革,缓解日益严峻的就业压力具有重要意义。文章通过对医学毕业生就业影响因素的分析,找出医学毕业生基层就业问题的症结所在,并对改进医学生基层就业提出相应的措施和政策建议。

It is very important to promote the reform of China＇s health services, and ease the growing employment pressure by guiding and encouraging the medical graduates working at the grassroots level.This paper analyzes the effective factors of the medical graduates＇ employment,finds out the essential problem of the medical graduates＇ employment at the grassroots level,and proposes the methods and political suggestions to improve the medical graduates＇ employment at the grassroots level.
