上海临港新城产业发展模式研究

The Research on the Industry Development Patterns of Shanghai Lingang New City

上海临港新城的建设是上海市委、市政府为实现经济跨越和城市持续发展,加快"国际航运中心"和现代化国际大都市建设而作出的重大战略决策。建设好临港新城,对于加快上海"四个中心"和现代国际大都市建设,对于发展先进制造业和现代服务业,提升上海城市能级和综合竞争力,对于上海拓展城市发展空间,优化城镇布局和功能布局,都具有举足轻重的作用。本文从上海临港新城产业发展的现状、产业发展的条件出发来研究上海临港新城的产业发展模式,进而提出一些政策建议。

The construction of Shanghai Lingang New City is the important strategic decision made by the Shanghai Municipal and Shanghai Municipal Government,in order to realize the economic step and the sustainable development of the city,speed up the construction of the ＂international shipping center＂and the modern international metropolis.A good construction of Shanghai Lingang New City will be very important to the construction of the ＂international shipping center＂and the modern international metropolis,the development of the advanced manufacturing and advanced services which will promote the energy level and the comprehensive city competition power of Shanghai,and it also helps Shanghai expand the space of development and optimize the urban layouts and features.From the current industry development and industry environment of the Shanghai Lingang New City,this paper will do some research on the industrial models of Lingang New City and then give some suggestions.
